Best Margarita in Lake Oswego
It wasn't hard for us to get our team to weigh in on who in Lake Oswego has the Best Margarita, as it did require some field research. This great community features some of the finest restaurants the Pacific Northwest has to offer, and while it was hard to narrow it down, here are our top 3 favorites, in no particular order...
Jefe.
This family-owned and operated Lake Oswego gem is as beautiful as it is delicious. While the cozy fireplace inside may draw you in, the house made corn tortillas from Oregon-sourced organic ingredients and the cocktails will keep you coming back for more.
The margaritas are craft-made by hand featuring fresh squeezed juice. The Hibiscus Margarita with a cinnamon sugar rim is refreshing and the Horchata Colada, while not a margarita specifically, is a fun adult take on a Mexican children's classic. Click here to check out their website.
Casa Pequena.
Escape in your mind to beautiful Sayulita in this pocket-sized intimate treasure in Lake Oswego, located just off Avenue A. The staff is amazing, the food is delicious.
The house-made classic margarita is top-notch and if you make friends with the bartender (which is inevitable the moment you start chatting with them because the staff is so amiable) then he may slip you the recipe to try for yourself at home. The menu is small here and well-thought out with a delightful assortment of fresh tacos and ever-changing daily specials that are creative and always worth it. Click here to check out their website.
Holy Taco.
Their t-shirts read, "Pray for Tacos" and we agree. The Tacos de Birria are the answers to all prayers in the form of delicious comfort food delivered. We also love the pastor and pineapple burrito.
The cocktails here are creative and hand crafted from fresh ingredients. The Holy Margarita, the house-made classic, is perfection. We also love the Coco Boracho (try it without the salt) and the Mango Tango, featuring mango ginger syrup, which delights the senses. If you like things spicy, the Diablo delivers every time. Inhale tacos. Exhale negativity. Namaste, everyone.
